Press Registration

Thank you for your interest in covering the CMC Annual Summit. Please review the guidelines below and submit all the relevant information to info@culturemarketingcouncil.org and jennifer@bigvoicecomm.com. Upon receipt and review of your submissions, we will confirm your press pass.


  • Press passes are for editorial press only - all sales executives, account representatives, and publishers do not meet the criteria and must register here as a general attendee.
  • Each organization is limited to no more than three press passes - except newsletters, which are limited to one pass.
  • Individuals writing for personal web pages will not be granted media privileges.
  • All media outlets granted press passes must send links of any stories that include Culture Marketing Council, CMC or the CMC Annual Summit to info@culturemarketingcouncil.org and jennifer@bigvoicecomm.com.

 

 

    Guidelines for CMC Annual Summit Press Passes

    Business and Trade Publications / News Wire Services 
    Reporters and editors from magazines, newspapers, trade publications, and wire services must provide a media kit of their publication plus complete contact information, including the beat they cover. Contributing editors and reporters must verify they have been retained to cover the CMC Annual Summit by presenting a letter of assignment.

    Television and Radio 
    Broadcast reporters and producers from news organizations must provide a complete contact information and a letter of assignment.

    Freelance Writers 
    Freelance writers must verify they have been retained to cover the CMC Annual Summit by presenting a letter of assignment plus two bylined articles with their name.

    Newsletters 
    Newsletter reporters must verify they have been retained to cover the CMC Annual Summit by presenting a letter of assignment in addition to information about the newsletter (topic, circulation, frequency, etc.). Newsletter publications will be limited to one media representative.

    Online Publications/Blogs 
    Reporters from online publications must provide a business card and a letter of assignment. The web site or blog must contain editorial content that includes coverage of Hispanic/multicultural and/or marketing issues. Individuals writing for personal web pages will not be granted media privileges.
