An Irish Mexican from the Bronx who speaks better Japanese than Spanish – John has spent his adult life fulfilling a deep-seated curiosity to explore the world around him. Whether as an English teacher in the classroom of a Japanese high school or a Fulbright Scholar in Mexico, John has learned first-hand the power of Culture and how it can positively drive results in any organization.
At Intuit he is currently leading the TurboTax strategy to win with the Latino customer segment across product and marketing initiatives and is also responsible for managing the TurboTax brand in the overall US market.
Prior to Intuit, John worked at Orange USA, Square and as a Brand Manager with Procter and Gamble. At P&G, John held multiple brand management assignments over a 10-year career across the US, Latin America and Asia. He was educated at the University of Michigan (MBA) and Amherst College (BA) and was a Fulbright Garcia Robles Scholar in Mexico at ITAM.
