Managing Partner, Pescador Public Strategies, LLC

Currently a managing partner of Pescador, Ernest is the former Chairman/CEO of Bromley Communications, LLC, a leading national Hispanic marketing communications agency prior to his retiring from the agency in 2015. As part of the original team that founded the agency in 1981, Ernest was instrumental in developing the agency’s advertising research and Hispanic marketing strategy through its proprietary language and culture segmentation model. Under Ernest’s direction, Bromley Communications empowered clients such as General Mills, Coors Light, the National Basketball Association and Western Union to change the American marketplace. 

Currently Ernest and his partner Laura Hernandez has launched Pescador, an innovative marketing firm that applies marketing and brand development principles to sell candidates and issues to Latino voters. Pescador is seizing upon an unmet opportunity within today’s evolving and ethnically diverse political landscape clients such as the DCCC and Patriot Majority USA.

Prior to joining the agency, Ernest taught economics at the University of Texas-San Antonio. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Master in Business Administration from UTSA.

Ernest also is a verdant community and civic leader as he currently serves on the National Association of Latino Arts and Culture’s (NALAC) board and he serves as their Treasurer. He, also, serves on the Boy Scouts of America’s National Hispanic Advisory Council, SAISD Foundation, and the University of Texas at San Antonio’s (UTSA) School of Business Advisory Council.
