LaToya is a Managing Partner at GroupM in New York. As a culturally conscious marketer, she infuses culture into the area of analytics and strategy to tell rich, impactful consumer stories.
Leading with data her direct involvement with new business and client initiatives across GroupM agencies. She currently leads a diverse team of six analytics experts whose client roster includes: Target, Unilever, AARP, Purina, Bayer and Universal Pictures to name a few.
LaToya’s love of great storytelling and consumer behavior have inspired her to share her perspective by authoring thought pieces which have been published in marketing & media industry newsletters. Her work and contributions to the media community have led to her being awarded the title of “Media All Star”, by AdWeek; an honor recognizing professionals forging new pathways of innovation and leveraging insights to drive results for their clients.
Outside of the office her desire to attract and sustain young, diverse talent in the advertising industry has led her to mentor through programs and initiatives also geared towards those goals.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Hampton University and a Master of Science Degree in Integrated Marketing from New York University with a specialization in Brand & Digital Marketing.
