Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications and Chief Marketing Officer for Tenet Healthcare
In this role, she leads enterprise-wide Marketing and Communications and is responsible for developing and activating consumer-centric campaigns in the communities Tenet serves. She is also responsible for ensuring enterprise communication strategy and protocols across all touchpoints.
Through an expansive care network that includes United Surgical Partners International, Tenet operates 65 hospitals and approximately 500 other healthcare facilities, including surgical hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care and imaging centers and other outpatient facilities. Tenet also operates Conifer Health Solutions, which provides revenue cycle management and value-based care services to hospitals, health systems, physician practices, employers and other customers.
Before joining Tenet, Quintana served as Chief Executive Officer of the Quintana Group, where she advised numerous clients on growth initiatives, organizational transformation and diversity programs. Previously, she spent 14 years at PepsiCo as the SVP of Multicultural Sales and Marketing. In this role, she led the launch of the first PepsiCo Corporate Multicultural Center of Excellence, developing the strategy for PepsiCo’s multicultural markets and pioneering an integrated approach to align the company’s brands, retail activation and community initiatives. Quintana also served as PepsiCo’s Vice President of Technology and VP of Global IT Strategy, where she was instrumental in helping to create the first PepsiCo Shared Services organization.
Quintana was named one of the Top 50 Hispanic Women in Business by Hispanic Business Magazine and one of the Top 50 Women in Grocery by Progressive Grocer. She has served on the board of the Network of Executive Women, chaired the Corporate Advisory Board for Latina Style. She currently serves on the board of directors for Catholic Charities Dallas.
