Monica is Vice President for Nielsen Global Media where she specializes in demonstrating the unique value of Multicultural media and consumer insights. Monica is a media industry veteran who began her career with Arbitron in 2003 where she became a recognized Hispanic radio expert and earning her a reputation as an invaluable resource to sales executives, program directors, on-air talent and corporate management.

In 2017, she became responsible for Nielsen’s client relationship for several large Hispanic Broadcasters, Hispanic Networks and Rep Firms. Additionally, she is an advocate for Hispanic Media among agencies and advertisers, illustrating the influence and impact of the Hispanic consumer. Monica’s industry knowledge spans across cross platform advertising, media buying, market research and integrated marketing.

As a bilingual Latina born in the U.S. from Mexican immigrant parents, Monica understands the importance of cultural relevance and has a passion for multicultural marketing.
