Valeria is the Head of Identity & Inclusion Insights at Kantar, Consulting Division. In this role, she is the conceptual leader and chief consultant on polycultural matters for the U.S. MONITOR—the first and only unified multicultural and general market consumer insights service.
Before joining Kantar, Valeria spent 10 years at Iconoculture, where she was responsible for the launch of their U.S. Latino service. During her tenure, the Iconoculture Latino service grew to become its Multicultural practice. She also was instrumental in the development of the global product and was the Lead Consumer Strategist for Latin America.
Valeria is a sought-out thought leader and speaker in the diversity space, with recent engagements at Leading the Change (Univision), P&G Multicultural Media Summit, Retail Planning Conference, Unilever Hispanic Summit, and many others.
In addition, this Fall 2019 Valeria will be teaching “Cultural Competence in Marketing Communications” at the University of Chicago, Graham School.
She started her career in Argentina, her home country, where she held various positions in the areas of education and communications.
